The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.

The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. The Cobrand Partnership Marketing Team oversees marketing for our US Consumer cobrand products.

How will you make an impact in this role?

This Sr. Analyst will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing the acquisition strategy for our Marriott cobrand partnership. This is an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Analyst who will support the team at a transformational time. This role will primarily focus on supporting new Card Member digital acquisition offer strategy; developing, executing, and maintaining offers in the partner channels, including digital, phone, and print channels. This role provides significant channel management responsibilities for an analyst and a unique opportunity to drive strong business results and thought leadership. An ideal candidate will be interested in a balance of core operational functions and relationship management (internal and external partners), with excitement to join a team focused on driving results and value to our Card Members.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of marketing experience preferred
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively manage and track multiple high priority initiatives simultaneously
  • Partner management skills with the ability to influence and motivate external and internal partners at all levels across matrixed organizations
  • Bachelor'S Degree Preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to drive results through data driven analysis, with a background in performance marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a keen attention to detail 
  • Self-motivator who takes initiative, learns, follows-up, and identifies new approaches
  • Positive attitude: solutions orientation and commitment to success
  • Ability to operate effectively under changing condition
  • Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
