Sales Development & Acquisition Specialist

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• 20 hours per week
• Monday - Friday 9 am - 1 pm
• Client Timezone: Eastern Time (Washington DC)

Responsibilities:

• Convert incoming leads from marketing campaigns and AI chatbot transfers into paying clients
• Handle inbound phone calls and provide professional customer service to prospects
• Conduct cold calling and email outreach to apartment complexes, property management companies, and commercial accounts
• Close sales deals and process payments through the company's website platform
• Acquire and onboard professional service providers (cleaning companies, dog walkers, etc.) to join the marketplace
• Work collaboratively with the existing marketing team to ensure seamless lead handoffs
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects through the sales pipeline
• Conduct outreach to property managers at individual properties within larger management companies

• Strong communication skills with professional phone presence
• Strong sales experience in cold calling, lead generation and closing sales is a must
• Experience with cold calling and handling rejections/objections 
• Ability to close deals and work through sales objections
• Resilience and persistence in face of frequent rejections
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales processes
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
