Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Strategist who will be responsible for creating and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple countries and platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of branding, digital campaigns, and cross-market positioning. The strategist will work closely with the technical marketing team, providing guidance and direction to ensure all campaigns align with the overall business objectives.
The right candidate will be data-driven, innovative, and results-oriented, with the ability to adapt strategies to different cultural and market contexts.
Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy: Develop tailored branding strategies for Australia, the US, Sri Lanka, and Dubai, ensuring relevance and resonance in each market.
- Channel Strategy: Create distinct social media strategies for each country, optimized per platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Advertising Campaigns: Design strategies for sponsored campaigns on Facebook and Google, aligned with sales goals.
- Engagement & Reach: Drive increased visibility, engagement, and lead generation to support overall revenue growth.
- Guidance & Oversight: Provide strategic direction to the technical team, ensuring effective execution of campaigns and alignment with brand vision.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and review analytics to refine strategies and achieve targeted outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, preferably with international/multi-country campaigns.
- Strong expertise in branding, digital advertising, and social media strategy.
- Proven track record of designing strategies that increased engagement, reach, and sales conversion.
- Ability to lead and guide technical or execution teams to implement marketing plans effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong communication skills and cultural awareness to adapt strategies across diverse markets.
