- Flexible scheduling (approximately 3 hours per day) between client business hours 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities
- Transform and maintain the company website by adding compelling content, property photos, and essential business information
- Optimize Google Business listings with engaging photos and detailed information to improve local search visibility
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase online visibility and attract potential clients
- Create and schedule engaging social media content using Buffer platform across multiple channels
- Generate creative content ideas and develop comprehensive social media strategies that showcase properties and services
- Craft compelling hashtags and optimize all social media posts for maximum engagement and reach
- Monitor, manage, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to drive lead generation
- Plan and execute coordinated social media campaigns that align with business objectives and seasonal opportunities
- Support general marketing initiatives and light administrative tasks that contribute to business growth

Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management with a track record of growing online presence and engagement
- Proficiency with social media scheduling tools, particularly Buffer or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and website content optimization techniques
- Experience managing Google Business listings and local search optimization
- Hands-on experience with social media advertising platforms and campaign management
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to create compelling, professional content
- Self-motivated professional who can work independently and take initiative on projects
- Creative mindset with ability to generate fresh content ideas and innovative marketing approaches
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and seasonal business needs
