  • Monday to Friday 4 hours per day between 9am to 6pm EST

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for tenant coordination, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely resolution of requests
  • Manage comprehensive tenant onboarding processes, including utility setup coordination and welcome communications
  • Oversee utility setup and coordination for new building acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions into the portfolio
  • Craft and send professional email communications to tenants for various property-related matters and announcements
  • Obtain competitive pricing quotes from qualified subcontractors for essential services including snow removal and maintenance contracts
  • Prepare and distribute important notices to tenants in compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Navigate and utilize Buildium property management software to maintain accurate records and streamline operations
  • Handle diverse administrative tasks that support overall property management operations and tenant relations
  • Support building onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new properties into the management portfolio

Requirements

Requirements

  • Background in property management, real estate administration, or related customer service field preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional tenant interactions and relationship building
  • Experience with property management software systems, with Buildium knowledge being a significant advantage
  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively with multiple contractors, vendors, and service providers
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills for managing complex administrative processes
  • Professional written communication abilities for tenant correspondence and official notices
  • Experience in tenant relations or customer service roles, with understanding of residential property needs
  • Ability to maintain fixed schedule within standard business hours for consistent tenant support
  • Flexibility to take on additional hours during busy seasons such as lease renewals or property acquisitions
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all tenant and business interactions
