What Will You Do?

  • Work with an international team aimed towards reaching record-setting uptimes.
  • Learn the ins and outs of both Linux and Windows.
  • Be the first responder to all incidents and provide solutions for them.
  • Investigate complex problems and apply permanent solutions.
  • Work with a variety of server applications and software products (Apache, NGINX, MySQL, HAProxy, Veeam, VMware's virtualization suite)
  • Get familiar with our cloud infrastructure.
  • Keep all systems updated and perform regular maintenances.
  • Work on a flexible day/night shift schedule.

Who Will You Be?

  • You will be a part of the team, tasked with monitoring, troubleshooting and fixing any issues that may arise 24/7.
  • You will work on our internal infrastructure as well as on many of the different customers' assets.
  • You will execute maintenance plans, check and ensure consistency of backups, fine-tune web and database servers, keep all systems up-to-date, ensuring maximum uptime.
  • You will work side by side with our seasoned veterans, coordinating changes and working together on complex solutions.
  • You will NOT be in direct communication with end customers.

  • Any experience with RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian, Windows Server
  • Any experience with Apache, MySQL, NGINX, Varnish, Microsoft IIS
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow guidelines and procedures, recognize opportunities for improvements and execute them while coordinating your actions with the different departments.
  • Ability to quickly pick up new skills and constantly be in the loop in a dynamic environment while working on day and/or night shifts.
  • Advanced English is a must.
