Job Summary
The Director, Cybersecurity Solutions & Programs at Osi Vision provides senior-level leadership and strategic direction for federal IT, cybersecurity, operations, innovation, and business development initiatives. This role serves as a trusted advisor to federal clients, oversees the delivery of technology and management services, drives cybersecurity risk mitigation, and fosters innovation in identity management and emerging technologies. The Director collaborates with cross-functional teams to support business development efforts, ensuring client-focused, compliant, and competitive solutions that align with organizational and client mission objectives.

- Lead technology advisement and support for federal clients, ensuring alignment with mission requirements.
- Oversee delivery of enterprise-level technology and management services.
- Provide actionable technical guidance and drive client-focused problem-solving.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
- Provide strategic direction for IT operations to ensure efficiency, security, and compliance with federal standards (NIST, RMF, FedRAMP).
- Direct cybersecurity risk assessments and mitigation strategies across programs.
- Communicate risk posture and solution strategies to organizational stakeholders.
- Support the development and scaling of Osi Vision’s Innovation and Technology Cell.
- Oversee operational and technical direction for identity management and client-specific solutions.
- Guide innovation planning, prioritize emerging technologies, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure identity solutions balance security and usability while advancing ICAM and other technology areas.
- Lead technical solution development and proposal support for business development efforts.
- Translate complex technical concepts into persuasive, client-focused proposal content.
- Collaborate with BD, subject matter experts, and capture teams to enhance competitive positioning.
- Ensure quality and alignment of technical communications in capture and proposal activities.
- Supervisory and other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in federal IT, cybersecurity, program management, or business development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution in federal IT or cybersecurity environments.
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- Deep understanding of federal IT environments and compliance frameworks (NIST, RMF, FedRAMP).
- Proven expertise in cybersecurity risk assessment, mitigation, and incident response.
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to motivate teams to produce quality deliverables within tight timeframes and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience leading and facilitating group meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet project and client demands.
- Must have an active federal security clearance and ability maintain federal security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Program Management, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP).
- Experience leading innovation or digital transformation initiatives in a federal context.
- Track record of supporting successful business development efforts, with a proposal win rate of 35% or higher.
- Established relationships with federal clients or stakeholders.
- Experience launching technology pilots or transitioning innovative initiatives into operational programs.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration frameworks.
- Background in human resources or organizational development to support team motivation and change management.
