Position Summary:

TTX Company is seeking a strategic and experienced Total Rewards Director to lead the design, implementation, and management of compensation, benefits, leave and recognition programs. This role ensures that total rewards strategies support business goals, attract and retain top talent, and maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.

The Director will be expected to take a hands-on approach, directly engaging in the detailed analysis and day-to-day management of total rewards programs. This includes regular work in spreadsheets, HR systems, utilizing advanced data manipulation and reporting skills to inform strategic decisions and ensure accuracy across compensation and benefits initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with TTX’s business objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day administration of compensation and benefits programs, including executive compensation, incentive plans, health & welfare benefits,  pension & 401(k) plans,  and leave & disability benefits.
  • Partner with senior leadership and HR to provide guidance on pay equity, market competitiveness, and compliance.
  • Lead annual compensation planning processes (merit, bonus, salary structures) using Oracle HCM.
  • Create quarterly  Compensation Committee materials for the board.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of programs and recommend improvements using data analytics and benchmarking.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing total rewards team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, including at least 5 years in leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits design, Oracle HCM and ADP EV5 system, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • CCP, CBP, or CEBS certification preferred.
