The Marketing Execution team drives the successful delivery of strategic programs and projects, focusing on business analysis, project management, and technology transformation. The team collaborates across business, technology, operations, and product groups to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently, fostering innovation, automation, and operational excellence.
As a Project Manager-Senior Associate on the Marketing Execution team, you will have a strong focus on Business Analysis and Project Management. You will drive the delivery of programs and projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into actionable roadmaps and tangible results. You should be a multi-skilled professional with a passion for technology transformation, automation, and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and product specialists to ensure our initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional projects and programs from ideation through implementation from project backlog.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, scope, and timelines in collaboration with business leadership, facilitating seamless execution and risk mitigation.
- Perform discovery, document, and analyze requests and translate them into actionable clearly defined project plans and requirements.
- Develop and articulate clear, strategic roadmaps that outline critical milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, aligning with broader business goals.
- Facilitate end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, ensuring product iterations meet both business and client needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication of project status and proactive addressing of potential challenges.
- Balance short-term troubleshooting with long-term innovation to maximize operational efficiencies and product impact.
- Establish effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for project updates and risk escalations.
- Champion process consistency and project management standards across teams to drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies.
- Align product delivery with strategic marketing and digital initiatives, ensuring integration with broader business strategies.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis (BA) project or program management, with proven experience in managing end-to-end delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough business analysis and translate requirements into actionable plans.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting clear project documentation and executive-level summaries.
- Proven track record of successfully driving projects to completion.
- Ability to adapt to change, manage ambiguity, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills to foster trust and collaboration among diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:
- Experience with marketing operations or MarTech solutions is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with project or product management tools and agile methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Knowledge of AI and automation trends, with practical experience in backlog prioritization.
