As a Business Analyst within J.P. Morgan Advisors, you will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities while supporting Wealth Advisors and their clients. You will collaborate with our team to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will help maintain high standards of service and contribute to activities that benefit both prospective and existing clients. Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate initiative in creating strategies for branch-level project execution and management initiatives
- Oversee and manage onboarding processes for new Financial Advisors, including day one package delivery, client communications, and protocol adherence
- Take ownership of employee offboarding, ensuring proper distribution of departing Financial Advisor’s book of business
- Collaborate with Business-aligned functional areas to develop strategies that enhance communication and drive efficiencies
- Identify and communicate efficiencies or inefficiencies to relevant leaders to support growth and development
- Work with Risk and Controls, Supervisory Management, Legal, and Compliance teams to resolve Advisor/Client issues and requests
- Design and implement communication strategies for key initiatives, ensuring effective updates from Business-aligned functional areas to local management and front office
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; ability to quickly learn firm systems
- Proven track record of following up and driving tasks from initiation to completion
- Strong communication skills with advisors, internal partners, and client associates; builds and sustains effective relationships while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Demonstrated self-starter; able to work independently in demanding environments
- Thrives in fast-paced settings; proactively identifies and addresses client needs
- Minimum 3 years' of experience in the financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree required
