Role Overview š
We are hiring for 2x Enterprise Account DirectorsĀ to join our founding GTM team in Chicago. YouĀ will own the full sales cycle for enterprise multi-national customers through various account-based marketing strategies and work with an assigned business development representative. You will sell our Benifex product suite (SaaS) as well as professional services.Ā
The role includes both outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, partner-sourced opportunities, and events/marketing leads. Success requires consultative selling skills, comfort with complex global sales cycles, and a track record of consistent quota attainment.
Responsibilities š¤
- Develop, prospect into, and close new global opportunities within multinational organizations.
- Execute outbound strategies: cold outreach, account mapping, executive engagement, value propositions tailored to global benefits challenges.
- Work inbound leads (BDR / marketing) and convert them into pipeline / opportunities.
- Collaborate with partner teams to co-sell and secure referrals.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (HR, compensation, finance, legal, operations across geographies).
- Present to C-level executives, lead solution demos, proof-of-value, and contract negotiations.
- Build sales forecasts, maintain pipeline discipline, and report regularly on metrics and forecast accuracy.
- Support smooth handoff of new clients to onboarding and customer success teams.
What are we looking for? š
- Extensive experience inĀ enterprise B2B SaaS sales (preferably in HR tech, benefits, or rewards software).
- Proven experienceĀ selling complex SaaS solutions (multi product offerings and/or professional services)
- Experience selling into global / multinational organizations, ideally with non-U.S. jurisdictional or compliance complexity.
- Proven track record of new business / outbound quota attainment.
- Proven sales experience using MEDDICC/MEDPICC
- Proven experience in value based selling
- Experience with growing and developing software B2B partnerships.
