We’re hunting for a Supervisor of OT/PT Technician staff, someone who’s ready to be part of a growing team with amazing opportunities assist in daily operations related to providing assistance and support to the occupational, physical and speech therapists in providing occupational, physical and speech therapy interventions. In a developmentally and age-appropriate manner for patients ages 0 - adulthood.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Attends health, safety and training in-services and other mandatory hospital activities.
• Ensures that Tasks 2-3 (below) are performed correctly by OT/PT Techs
• Meets institutional and departmental health, safety and training requirements prior to merit review date through attending all) required OSHA, communicative diseases, fire, safety and infection control in-services and other hospital/departmental health, safety and training in-services.
• Maintains a current awareness and participates in departmental and hospital activities by attending departmental meeting sand reads and initials meeting minutes in the case of absence.
• Performs patient care and related activities.
• Provides patient transportation.
• Ensures adequate inventory of linen and patient related supplies.
• Provides a safe, clean and tidy patient care work area.
• Performs other essential functions.
• Facilitate patient Flow
• Serves as front line supervisor in collaboration with the Manager.
Skills & Requirements
• H.S. Diploma or GED required
• BLS - Cert-Basic Life Support preferred
• 3 years experience in clinical healthcare setting required
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
