The Role

We’re seeking an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician to join our Perth team, delivering preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of client sites. This is a mobile role, with a company-supplied vehicle, where you’ll carry out installations, repairs, and maintenance to ensure client facilities remain safe, reliable, and well-presented.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in equipment
• Conduct maintenance on chillers, split systems, ventilation and filtration systems
• Inspect and maintain fridges, freezers, chilled water systems, and BMS
• Provide accurate documentation and updates in BGIS systems
• Work closely with Facilities Managers, Supervisors, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with WHSE standards, legislation, and BGIS procedures

Your Education, Experience & Skills

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
• Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick – mandatory)
• Restricted Electrical Licence (desirable)
• Construction White Card (mandatory)
• Current driver’s licence (mandatory)
• Strong technical, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full working rights in Australia (essential)
