Apply now — we can’t wait to hear from you!Position Overview:Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis is looking for a full-time Social Worker to join our outpatient adult HIV treatment and prevention team. This position offers a Monday shift from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekends or on-call responsibilities.As part of a multidisciplinary clinical care setting, you will work closely with a large social work team and be an integral part of the medical care team. You will carry a caseload of individuals living with HIV, providing ongoing assessments, referrals, and assistance with applications for grant-specific programs. Experience in HIV case management is a plus!Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Indiana licensure or license eligibility as an LSW or LCSW.
• HIV case management experience highly preferred.
• Strong assessment, referral, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
