In Prague within the Automotive industry, we are looking for a colleague for the position of Junior Application Support Engineer who will provide technical support for our client’s mobile application.

This Is You

• Genuine interest in IT and eagerness to keep learning
• Previous experience in IT support or testing is a plus, but not required
• IT education or hands-on experience from school projects, internships, or personal projects is welcome
• Native-level Czech or Slovak
• English both spoken and written at least at B2 level
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, or Confluence is an advantage (we will provide training if needed)
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup – 3 days per week onsite in the office.

This is your role

• Handle customer tickets – receive, analyze, and resolve them according to defined procedures
• Prepare user-facing texts and customer information in English
• Monitor system availability and notify third parties about potential outages
• Work with internal applications and tools
• Participate in user testing of the mobile app and other selected products
• Collaborate closely with the team and contribute to building and maintaining the knowledge base
