About The Role

  • Follow LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) and Forbes, and brand standards
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness of each area of the Spa and Health Club
  • Carry out all tasks outlined by the cleaning schedules
  • Follow the cleaning procedures and use cleaning materials as instructed
  • Collect dirty towels/linen and re-stock with clean ones
  • Assist guests and team with their requests

About You

  • Experience in a similar position and environment with a firm understanding of excellence in customer service
  • Excellent customer service
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
  • Good time management skills
