If so, we have a great role for you as a Principal Technical Program Manager in the Industry Solutions Engineering (ISE) team at Microsoft!
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical programs that drive the development of high-impact solution patterns and open-source software assets.
- Collaborate with engineers from both Microsoft and customer teams to design and deliver cloud-based solutions.
- Ensure technical alignment of ISE activities with Microsoft's worldwide industry and product group strategies.
- Nurture an engagement pipeline aligned with Microsoft's strategic goals.
- Coach and mentor engineering teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Work closely with Microsoft product teams, partners, and open-source communities to empower customers to do more with the cloud.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications (Rqs/Mqs)
- Deep experience in designing and delivering solutions using modern software engineering practices and cloud technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical programs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for learning about new technologies and applying them to solve customer challenges.
- Business level of Japanese and English skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in asset-heavy industries such as manufacturing, automotive, transportation, retail or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with AI and data modernization technologies.
- Experience contributing to open-source projects.
- Business level Korean language skills.
