We are currently seeking one experienced RN Nurse Manager to complete our leadership team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a nonprofit organization that prioritizes adequate staffing and exemplary patient care—not just the bottom line. 

The role of the Nurse Manager involves managing 2 long-term care units. You are part of the leadership team and will have responsibility, authority and 24-hour accountability for the management of our residents/patients and all employee assigned to your units. You will be mentoring, teaching and following up with staff to validate care processes are being followed. We have great staffing and have designed this position so that you do not participate in  admissions or care conferences.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education sufficient for licensure
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. 
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. 
  • 5 years in a leadership and management role in Nursing.
  • 2 years in Long Term care setting including end of life care.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
  • 1 year of experience with palliative care programs
