• Craft Stories That Stick: Lead on campaigns for world-class brands, shaping briefs, ideas, visuals, and experiences that capture attention and drive growth
• Play at the Edge of Tech + Creativity: Harness Meta’s latest creative tools and AI capabilities to invent what’s next
• Collaborate Without Borders: Work with a team across Sweden, Denmark, Turkey, Dubai, Amsterdam, and London. Your impact? Global
• Grow at Full Speed: Build your craft, sharpen your creative vision, and scale your portfolio at a pace few environments can match
• 5+ years in creative strategy for paid social (agency, platform, start-up, or in-house)
• Demonstrated experience in storytelling instinct - across video, design, memes, and emerging creative formats
• A restless curiosity for new tech, new trends, new ideas and behaviours
• Eager to learn fast, push boundaries, and shape the next chapter of creativity
• Bonus points if you… love data and dashboards, understand how to harness measurement to drive creative ideas and business growth
• Turkish language is desirable although not essential
