We are looking for a dedicated Operations Specialist! 

⭐️  This position is also suitable for students who are looking to gain valuable experience while making a real impact!  ⭐️

📌 Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Resolving customer issues via phone and email
• Partner Support: Partner Onboarding & Full Munch Partner Support
• Administrative Tasks: Managing and controlling partner contracts
• Managing Payments
• Strongly collaborating with the Sales and Marketing Team

📝 Requirements:

• You are fully proficient in Romanian and English
• You are precise, communicative, proactive and open
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours including early mornings, later afternoons, and weekends to support operational needs
