We are looking for a talented Project Management Manager to join our team in Sales in Portland, OR.

  • Project Oversight & IntegrationYou’ll manage the full lifecycle of projects—from design to execution—ensuring seamless integration across departments and consistent communication throughout.
  • Mentorship & Issue ResolutionSupporting Project Managers with problem-solving and coaching will elevate team performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management & Quality AssuranceYou'll guide teams in using quality tools to assess and mitigate risks, helping projects stay on track and meet high standards.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

  • Significant relevant experience, including supervisory experience, required.

Additional Skills/Experience:

  • Looking for a highly skilled individual with demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
  • Candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication and planning skills in addition to project financial acumen and leadership skills.
  • Graduate level technical and/or business degree preferred.  Demonstrated experience will be considered in lieu of education.

Additional Information:

  • Candidate will lead a team of project managers, including subordinate managers, in execution of hyperscale data center power generation projects facilitating procurement, build, delivery, commissioning and handover of equipment to a key account.
  • Physical location can be anywhere in the continental United States. Regular domestic travel to customer and vendor sites is required, averaging approximately 25%.
