Key Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, linens, and tableware
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service throughout the event
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized environment
• Assist with event breakdown and cleanup after service completion
• Collaborate with event coordinators and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards and company policies

Skills And Qualifications:

• Previous experience in banquet serving, hospitality, or related customer service roles preferred
• Must have Food Handlers certificate and TABC permit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus

Requirements

Education/Formal Training:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
