Server Assistant

Description

La Posada Hotel is looking for a motivated Server Assistant to support the restaurant team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role ensures tables are set, cleared, and maintained to provide guests with a seamless experience.

Where You Can Make an Impact:

• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests.
• Clear and reset tables promptly between seatings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Refill water glasses and assist guests with additional requests.
• Monitor and restock supplies, such as napkins and condiments.
• Support servers in preparing tables for large parties or special events.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Requirements

Education/Formal Training:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have Food Handlers and TABC permit.

Experience:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
