About The Role

• The individual will be employed by the CCO to serve students through oversight of CCO ministry contexts within CCO's Midwest Area.
• This is a part-time position (~15 hours weekly).

Purpose Of The Position:

• Ministry Supervisors are player/coaches who steward the mission of the CCO by maintaining their current ministry while supervising other Campus Staff and Campus Ministry Teams in each partnership. Ministry Supervisors oversee 2-5 ministry contexts and work in collaboration with the Area Director of the region. The Ministry Supervisor of the Midwest region will report directly to the Area Director, Midwest.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: 3 years of ministry experience required, campus ministry experience preferred. 1 year of management/supervisory experience preferred. Support raising experience preferred.

• Maintaining & Multiplying Ministry Contexts: 
• Equipping & Supervising Staff:
• Ministry Supervisors are responsible for coordinating up to 5 ministry contexts (Campus, Church Partner, Staff/Associate); including renewing annual partnership agreements.
• Conduct annual assessments of the health and effectiveness of all ministry contexts according to the expectations in the Partnership and Campus Ministry Playbooks.
• In collaboration with the Training Department and other various CCO resources, equip Campus Staff to achieve ministry outcomes as outlined in the Campus Ministry Playbook.
• In collaboration with the Training Department and Talent Acquisition & Mobilization Team recruit Interns and Campus Staff Mentors.
• Conduct semi-annual performance reviews of all direct reports, implement annual performance plans, handling compensation and all necessary documentation thereof.
• Leadership Development: Disciple and mobilize leaders among students at the local campus and the local church to faithfully live out their faith in service and evangelism.

**CCO partnership positions use a shared funding model. Partnership institutions contribute a portion towards salary and total employment costs and CCO staff people are responsible to raise support for the remainder. This amount varies based on partnership and salary needs.**
