What will you be doing?
This role will be an integral part of the Circana team supporting Mark Anthony Brands, a global company operating within the CPG Beverage space, with large brands including White Claw, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, Cayman Jack, and most recently Mas+ Sports Drink by Messi. This role will primarily focus on the Sports Drink and Hydration categories, with secondary responsibility working with the Circana team to develop and implement technology enhancements, drive compelling Beverage/Beverage Alcohol thought leadership and deploy training.
As a key business partner to the Mas+ by Messi team, this role will partner with Marketing and retail-facing clients at all levels to provide thought leadership, develop actionable insights and lead research and analysis efforts to help Mark Anthony Brands drive growth. This person must also act as an ambassador of Circana technology; learning, deploying and utilizing advanced Unify visualization and Circana AI to drive speed, efficiency, and standardization of insights.
Job Responsibilities
The candidate should have strong leadership, collaboration and client management skills. They should have a very high analytic & insight capability utilizing POS and Panel data, have strong project management skills and be comfortable adapting to and leveraging technology in day-to-day business processes.

- Continually provide analytical solutions and business insights to address any business gaps and/or opportunities and create value for the client with focus on visual storytelling and speed to insights
- Identify business issues and opportunities and suggest the appropriate level analytic solution/approach, while also best leveraging UNIFY+ platform and tools
- Leverage client business context to further identify custom Analytics opportunities and solutions.
- Become trusted by client, Circana client solutions teams, Circana cross functional organizations, Circana business partners and considered a domain expert and business partner
- Demonstrate a flexible approach to communication; adapt messages quickly to the appropriate level or function with poise and polish
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
- o Help customers identify solutions to problems they did not know they had
- o Ask questions to test assumptions and challenges the status quo
- Synthesize information on a variety of issues; translate the information into a project framework that ultimately provides solutions for clients
- o Regularly and proactively communicate with the client-facing teams, including soliciting feedback to continually improving the relationship
- Track and organize multiple work streams against multiple clients, and manage time and resources against changing priorities
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with syndicated data, analytics, category management, commercial tech or related fields
- Marketing/sales and/or technology with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company or other companies using syndicated POS and panel data
- Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications
- Experience with syndicated data such as Liquid Data, Unify+
- Strong project management, process, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Able to engage in consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $145,000-$165,000.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
