Description

You will manage the Food and Fashion, Home and Beauty division of Marks and Spencer in a combined operational and commercial position;You will  work closely with the Managing Director and the senior finance team to plan and deliver business strategy, financial targets and marketing plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a clear understanding of store/business strategic direction and communicate clearly to your team members
• Adhere to and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures;
• Work closely with the HR department to lead, manage and develop staff according to the correct channels and procedures;
• Continuously drive team performance, recognising and celebrating success and challenging underperformance promptly;
• Manage budgeted spend working with the Finance Director/Managing Director to agree on period budgets;
• Work closely with the UK team and Trading Manager
