Gain in-depth knowledge of our product range in the field of transceivers, continuously update your expertise and actively share it with the team
Analyse complex technical enquiries and develop sustainable solutions – always remaining calm and solution-oriented, even in challenging situations
Drive the further development of processes and concepts to continuously improve technical support
Completed degree in Computer Science, Communications Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
Solid expertise in optical transmission technology and network engineering
At least two years of leadership experience, with proven ability to build and motivate teams
Confident communication skills in German and English (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written
Enthusiasm for IT and network technologies, combined with an innovative spirit and a solution-oriented mindset
