You will lead the global replatforming initiative and manage the ongoing operations of the company’s E-Commerce ecosystem, as well as oversees the functionality, performance, and continuous improvement of digital platforms to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, optimize the user experience, and support revenue growth across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Drives the global replatforming of Ellsworth’s E-Commerce presence to a centralized, multi-site, multi-currency, multi-storefront instance
- Ensures seamless integration with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for real-time product, pricing, and order visibility
- Collaborates with Product Information Management (PIM) stakeholders to optimize the system as the single source of truth for product data, while overseeing data syndication across channels to ensure accuracy, enrichment, and compliance with global standards
- Monitors and improves customer experience across Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) storefronts
- Partners with Customer Service and Accounting teams to refine order processing, tax exemption handling, and registration workflows

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing E-Commerce platforms, with strong expertise in BigCommerce, including headless implementations
- Bachelor of Science in Technology Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Proven success in global eCommerce rollouts and multi-site management
- Hands-on experience with PIM systems, data syndication, and product content governance
- Advanced familiarity with ERP and CRM integrations
- Strong understanding of customer service workflows, accounting processes, and the full order lifecycle, including tax exemption workflows, registration form design, and channel permission management
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with middleware platforms and orchestration layers
- Occasional Domestic Travel (less than 5%)
