STEP Trainee - OS

Overview

This is a training position for employees that will be transitioning into a professional role.

Responsibilities

• Learning the business in all aspects of the business. This is a business immersion program designed to train new employees for a professional role.
• Rotational program that trains at mulitple sites.
• Learn about Sales, Procurement, and Operations in order to go into one of those roles.
• Complete an Executive Sponsored project.
• Work with a Mentor to assist in the trainee's growth and development.

Qualifications

• College degree in related fields
