Pinchin is looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Geotechnical Operations Manager to lead and grow our Southern Ontario team. Reporting to the Director, you’ll scale a high-performing group focused on land development and due diligence, with a mandate to triple the team size over five years.

What You’Ll Do

• Mentor and scale a high-performing group of engineers and technical staff
• Foster a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and client care
• Oversee daily delivery of geotechnical services
• Optimize resourcing, scheduling, and quality assurance
• Act as a trusted advisor to real estate and development clients
• Expand business through strong relationships and cross-functional collaboration
• Support budgeting and performance tracking
• Improve margins through smart planning and risk management
• Guide investigations, design, and reporting
• Represent Pinchin in technical forums and ensure professional excellence

What You Bring to the Pinchin Team

• Bachelor’s in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological Engineering
• Eng. in Ontario (or eligible)
• 8+ years in geotechnical consulting with leadership experience
• Strong business acumen and client management skills
• Proficiency in geotechnical modeling tools
• A growth mindset and passion for team development
