Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Travel & Reception Responsible and Language Proofreader for Kazakhstan, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements and office operations. You’ll support colleagues with international and local travel needs, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to a welcoming and well-organized office environment. You will be also responsible for regular and delegated translations/proofreading for all departments. If you are passionate about proofreading, translations, and any other related tasks, you will have the possibility to work closely with colleagues from different departments to support them on a regular basis.
As Travel & Reception Responsible you will:
- Supporting all local travelers (outgoing/incoming) with international business travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, transportation, flight tickets, invitation letters, and ticket reconfirmations, in line with H&M’s travel routines
- Coordinating travel and accommodation for store openings and rebuilds across Kazakhstan
- Managing invoices and cost allocation for travel and office-related purchases.
- Communicating updates on office routines and ensuring smooth information flow
- Liaising with service providers and the Business Tech Department to resolve issues and share feedback
- Operating telephone lines and mailbox and organizing meeting setups.
- Planning and executing office events such as monthly meetings, holiday celebrations, and Team Days
- Overseeing office supply stock and managing documentation workflows including couriers and mail
As Proofreader You Will:
- Translate information and instructions for stores (e.g. campaign info, presentation methods, technical assembly, etc.).
- Translate internal training, delegated locally or globally.
- Translate instructions to all programs/platforms/projects implemented locally or globally.
- Translate security routines for local activities.
- Review, edit and write according to H&M guidelines; improve the overall content.
- Regularly and delegated translations/proofreading for all departments.
Who You’Ll Work With
You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across departments, supporting their travel needs and contributing to a positive and productive office atmosphere. You’ll also interact with external partners and suppliers, ensuring excellent service and smooth operations. You will work closely with colleagues from each department as well as the Sales Market teams, Area teams, and Retail team. Together, you'll ensure a smooth and efficient communication by proper translations. Your role will involve a lot of cross-functional collaboration. This role reports to the HR Manager Sales Market Türkiye(TR-KZ-GE).

- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Working experience in similar administrative role will be asset
