Are you ready to influence the future of retail at JYSK through agile ways of working?
We are looking for an Agile Coach to support teams and leaders in creating clarity and impact across complex initiatives. You will play a key role in identifying where agile principles can add value and help foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and alignment with JYSK’s strategic goals. This position is part of our Business Agility department, working with the Agile Centre of Excellence to drive transformation across multiple teams, both onsite and distributed.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
In this role, you will work across multiple teams and departments, helping to foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will support large-scale initiatives ensuring flow, quality, and alignment with JYSK’s strategic goals.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Supporting agile teams, leadership groups, and individuals in adopting JYSK agile practices
- Acting as a guardian of flow and helping surface impediments and risks
- Facilitating alignment and feedback loops across teams
- Teaching and coaching around flow, Kanban, collaboration, and systems thinking
- Supporting transparency through relevant metrics and data insights
- Driving change and cooperating with stakeholders across IT and business to continuously improve delivery speed and quality

- WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
- We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Has a background as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, IT Project Manager, or Management Consultant
- Has a hands-on, people-first approach to coaching, mentoring, and facilitation
- Can guide teams through complex deliveries and help leaders improve collaboration
- Is pragmatic, data-driven, and focused on outcomes
- Is an experienced facilitator and strong communicator with empathy and collaboration skills
- Has expertise across all Agile Coaching stances and a willingness to learn continuously
- Is comfortable leading when needed, but also empowering teams to take ownership
- Is fluent in English, both written and spoken, with Danish language skills considered an advantage
