Company Description

Territory Field Sales Manager is responsible to lead Merchandising Team to develop perfect store standards in National Key Accounts, Local Key Accounts and Gas Station Supermarkets in responsible region. The Territory Field Sales Manager will be directly reporting to National Field Sales Manager.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute National Field Sales plans
  • Manage and achieve defined KPI targets for merchandiser team: store coverage, distribution, additional store placements, cashier coolers, Perfect Store, etc.
  • Ensure that team secure and improve the in-store presence of the Red Bull brand via implementation of Perfect Store Standards. (Realization of agreements criteria in-store & execution on top of agreement conditions.)
  • Promotional execution – ensure desired promotions & displays are in place and running from the first day.
  • Ensure correct input of call data and audit data and use audit reports to help develop Merchandisers where necessary.
  • To join each supervisor once a month in field visits, make business reviews and provide feedback regarding the visit.
  • Administration – complete all necessary admin monthly on time and accurately.
  • Ensure the Merchandiser team understand their individual job roles and are carrying them out in line with agreed working practices.
  • To train and develop team members so that each team member’s contribution and potential is maximized.
  • To constantly measure and review the team’s performance against performance targets providing regular and constructive feedback and effectively manage poor performance.
  • To coach and develop team members so that each team member’s contribution and potential is maximized.
  • To establish and maintain a dynamic and fun team environment that encourages positive attitude, team interaction and creativity.
  • To foster strong relationships between Red Bull Sales Team and Merchandiser Team
  • To sustain powerful relationships with business partners (store managers, agencies, category staff, etc.) in order to gain competitives and commercial advantages

Qualifications

+3 years' experience in FMCG sector

  • Previous successful experience leading field sales teams
  • Leadership, Motivation and Team Skills
  • Clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity, consumer behavior in FMCG context
  • A commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent
  • Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends
  • EDV (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and experience with Field Force automation
  • Very high negotiation and interpersonal skills
