We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service. You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, driving satisfaction, and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client objectives and provide strategic guidance.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in client relationship management or account management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
