As a Strategic Talent Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic priorities of our organization by focusing on talent management within a specific business unit or function. This role is a natural evolution from the traditional HRBP, aiming to streamline operations and enable a sharper strategic focus. By collaborating closely with business leaders, you will identify and address critical talent opportunities and challenges, shaping the talent management strategy for your designated group.

Essential Duties And Tasks:
- Develop and execute talent management strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring the organization's workforce is equipped to meet current and future challenges.
- Build strong relationships with business unit or functional leaders, becoming a trusted advisor on talent-related matters and influencing strategic decision-making.
- Adopt a holistic approach to business strategy and talent processes, leveraging a depth of HR experience to understand the unique needs and challenges of the designated business unit.
- Utilize strong data judgment to analyze, interpret, and communicate data effectively, driving informed decision-making and measuring the impact of HR initiatives on overall business outcomes.
- Provide strategic inputs to ensure equity and inclusion in talent management, address turnover and retention challenges in a competitive labor market and assist in evaluating performance without bias.
- Foster collaboration and networking within the HR function and across the organization, creating synergies that contribute to the achievement of both HR and business goals.
- Monitor employee sentiment and wellness, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
- Collaborate with HR operations and service delivery teams to ensure that operational tasks are efficiently handled, allowing the Strategic Talent Leader to focus primarily on strategic priorities.
Education And/Or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on talent management and strategic business partnership.
- Previous experience as an HRBP or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI-SPHR) is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and driving HR strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing detailed HR business processes.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve.
- Reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, strong attention to detail and common sense.
- Past experience functioning as a regional or local HR Leader within an HR Business Partner model.

- Strategic Consulting: Proven ability to provide strategic insights and consulting services to business leaders, challenging assumptions and presenting alternative perspectives.
- Relationship Management: Exceptional relationship-building skills, fostering collaboration and networking both within HR and across the organization.
- Data Proficiency: High proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and communication to drive strategic decision-making.
- Innovative Thinking: Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving, addressing talent challenges with forward-thinking solutions.
- Equity and Inclusion Advocacy: Commitment to ensuring equity and inclusion in talent management practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
- Metrics-focused with ability and history of using analytics to solve problems and develop solutions.
- Solid PC skills with proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to travel as required to service the region.
