Job Description

Technical Leadership

• Lead hands-on testing of biologics using HPLC/UPLC in a cGMP setting.
• Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity using LIMS and GDP standards.
• Review and troubleshoot chromatography data and instrumentation.
• Maintain lab readiness through inventory management and safety walkthroughs.

Team Management

• Supervise and mentor a team of scientists and analysts.
• Coordinate daily lab operations and cross-training to maximize team efficiency.
• Monitor productivity and quality metrics, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Support weekend and overtime scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a cGMP laboratory setting.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong proficiency in HPLC/UPLC instrumentation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with LIMS and quantitative chromatography data processing.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship
