Senior Marketing Executive - Van Cleef & Arpels, Oceania

Are you a good match? 

You have proven experience as A Senior Marketing, strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills. You are detail oriented and creative. You master English, and other Asian language(s) would be a plus. 

What are we expecting from you? 

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for: 

Novelties & Campaigns Orchestration

• Collaborate with local and regional teams to enable successful novelty launches and campaigns (stock quantity, media, PR, training, boutique animations, VM, merchandising, internal engagement & etc.)
• Prepare annual novelty forecast with consideration of Maison’s direction, local relevancy, commercial potential and retail teams’ feedback
• Transmit product knowledge and sales tools to Retail community
• Monitor sales performance and collect qualitative feedback, and provide perspective with insights and suggested actions if needed
• Prepare post campaign reviews with key takeaway and business implication to management and stakeholders

Support Product Strategic Planning for Oceania

• Provide in-depth business analysis for key collections to support monthly Business Reviews and annual Strategic Plan
• Collaborate with regional teams and other local stakeholders to gain their buy-ins and support
• Align and drive supports from cross-function teams to implement action plan

Reporting & Operations

• Assist in the preparation of monthly reports & newsletters, quarterly product analysis and End-of-year report (or as required)
• Monitor key market players’ performance and pricing comparison
• Responsible for all logistic operations of Novelties and Jewelry Special Orders
