Senior Deposit & Treasury Manager (m/f/d)

As part of the establishment of our new business activities in Luxembourg, you as Senior Deposit & Treasury Manager will develop, build up and manage our new deposit and fiducie product. 

During the development the activities are coordinated within our project organization in close coordination with our finance and treasury colleagues. Furthermore you are supporting the treasury function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product/Service Development: Drive the establishment of our future deposit and fiducie business.
• Regulatory Compliance & Monitoring:
• Stakeholder Management: Act as main contact for regulators, auditors, merchants and internal departments.
• Reporting & Oversight: Establish required reportings and ensure disclosure obligations are met.
• Product Governance: Align product features with legal frameworks, customer protection standards, and drive improvements based on feedback.
• General Treasury understanding
• Support the Cash Management of the Treasury Department
• Support the further development of the Treasury Function
• Ensure adherence to Luxembourg deposit guarantee schemes, AML, FATCA/CRS, and all applicable regulations.
• Track regulatory changes, assess impact, and safeguard compliance across processes

Qualifications:

• Completed Master's degree in business administration economics with a focus on banking or finance or similar
• Many years of professional experience in the field of finance / treasury of regulated companies, with a focus on deposits and fiducie
• Strong independent working style, above-average analytical thinking and a high level of business understanding with the ability to develop and implement strategies and concepts in a practice-oriented and independent manner
• Experience in the payment services industry is an advantage
• Project Management
• Fluent in English, German language skills an advantage
