About the Internship:
 Join our System Administration Internship to gain hands-on experience in Windows, Linux, VMware, AWS, Backup & Recovery, Networking, and IT Infrastructure. This program provides practical exposure to real-world IT operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation.

What You’Ll Learn & Do:

• Windows Administration: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, patching, remote management.
• Linux Basics: File systems, user/group management, package updates, basic shell scripting.
• VMware: VM creation, snapshots, resource allocation, networking, storage.
• Storage & Backup: SAN/NAS/DAS, NetApp & TrueNAS basics, backup and recovery processes.
• Monitoring & Maintenance: System health checks, alerts, and performance monitoring.
• Networking: IP addressing, VLANs, DNS/DHCP overview, firewall basics.
• AWS Cloud: EC2, S3, IAM basics, cloud console navigation.
• Vulnerability & Patching: Scan, analyze, and remediate using tools like Qualys.
• Data Center Management: Hardware handling, labelling, environmental monitoring, cable management.
• Documentation & Ticketing: Jira, runbooks, SOPs, and reporting.

Who We’Re Looking For:

• Students or recent graduates in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, or virtualization.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm to learn and work in live IT infrastructure environments.
