What You Will Do:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our Procurement team. This role is responsible for analyzing procurement data, optimizing sourcing strategies, and supporting supplier performance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of supply chain principles, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive cost savings and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supplier performance issues.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with sourcing and category managers to evaluate supplier bids and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to support forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Assist in supplier selection, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes.
• Support compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes and reduce lead times.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier information in ERP systems.

Essential Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or related field.

2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, procurement, or a related role.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain principles.
