What You'Ll Be Doing

We are seeking a Product Manager to own the day-to-day execution of product initiatives. This role is focused on translating strategy into action: gathering customer insights, defining crisp requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring features are delivered with quality and impact.

You don’t need to be an endpoint management expert, what matters is your ability to partner with Engineering, Design, and Customer-facing teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers.

Customer Discovery & Insights

• Conduct customer interviews and analyze feedback to ensure we’re solving real problems.
• Translate customer pain points into actionable requirements and user stories.
• Maintain a strong feedback loop with CX, Sales, and Support to validate direction.

Execution & Delivery

• Own the day-to-day management of features from definition through release.
• Write clear, testable acceptance criteria in Jira and ensure requirements are well understood.
• Partner with TPMs and EMs to ensure scope, dependencies, and timelines are well managed.
• Support release readiness: documentation, enablement, customer comms, and internal GTM handoffs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Design to ensure solutions are intuitive and user-centric.
• Collaborate with Engineering to break down features into deliverable increments and track progress.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing to ensure messaging, enablement, and launch activities align.

• Be execution-oriented: track details, follow up relentlessly, and ensure commitments are met.
• Communicate proactively on scope changes, tradeoffs, and delivery risks.
• Balance urgency with thoughtfulness: deliver fast, but never at the expense of customer trust.

Background & Skills Required

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B platforms.
• Comfortable attending and leading Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience in agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong ability to turn ambiguous customer needs into actionable requirements.
• Skilled at writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Proven track record working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, TPMs, CX, Marketing).
• Strong communication skills — able to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience using Jira, Aha!, or similar product management tools.
• Comfortable interviewing customers and synthesizing insights into product direction.

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with IT operations, security, or endpoint management.
• CPM or CPO
• Experience with Figma

Compensation

The salary listed reflects base pay for this position. Your total compensation package includes bonus, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation may vary based on direct experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location. 

The salary range listed is the base pay range for this position. In addition, the total compensation package includes bonus, equity and benefits. Actual earnings may be less or more depending on a candidate's direct experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location.

Compensation$140,000—$175,000 USD
