Axis CLC is on the lookout for a dynamic Social Value Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of social value initiatives across exciting projects in Warrington, the Midlands, and Leeds.

Reporting to the Head of Social Impact, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing client-specific social value strategies that truly make a difference. From engaging local communities to collaborating with supply chains, this is your chance to help improve lives for generations to come.

What You’Ll Be Doing:

• Lead the delivery of social value commitments for clients.
• Develop and implement impactful social value strategies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with site teams, partners, and supply chains to deliver KPIs.
• Coordinate community activities and events with schools, colleges, and local organisations.
• Represent Axis at industry forums, conferences, and webinars.
• Support bids with compelling social value proposals and case studies.
• Report progress using tools like Thrive, TOMS, and HACT.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in managing social value and community engagement initiatives.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, project management, and communication.
• Passionate about making a difference in local communities.
• Flexible, resilient, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willing to travel across the UK and adapt to a mix of office, site, and home working.
