About The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Account Manager to be the founding member of our Account Management function. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of customers, driving long-term success, retention, and revenue growth. You’ll own relationships, align our platform with evolving customer priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable business impact. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where your leadership will directly shape both customer outcomes and the future of our post-sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and expand executive-level relationships across a diverse portfolio of accounts, cultivating champions and influencing stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
- Lead renewals, negotiate complex agreements, and identify opportunities for expansion to consistently exceed revenue and retention goals.
- Develop strategies that accelerate adoption, deepen engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes across post-sales accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor by aligning our platform with evolving customer priorities and industry trends to maximize sustained value.
- Design scalable enablement programs and best practices that increase customer fluency and impact.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, differentiated customer experiences.
- Represent the voice of the customer to shape product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management or a strategic customer-facing sales role within B2B SaaS or technology.
- Proven success managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, tailoring engagement to business size and complexity.
- Strong track record of renewals, expansions, and sustained account growth.
- Trusted advisor with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Skilled at balancing strategic, high-touch partnership with scalable, programmatic approaches in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communicator with strong negotiation skills and executive presence.
- Data-driven and strategic, adept at translating insights into scalable account growth strategies.
