As a Regional Retail Team Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our service centres and depots are not only efficient and compliant but also places where customers feel valued and where teams thrive. What You’Ll Do
- Lead and inspire teams across service centres, depots, and retail outlets, ensuring world-class customer service.
- Drive brand excellence in shops, from look-and-feel to marketing activations, ensuring we’re consistently seen as the first choice for customers.
- Oversee stock and shop management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Train, develop, and uplift teams with a focus on growth, learning, and collaboration.
- Implement and refine policies, processes, and performance systems to achieve consistent operational excellence.

What We’Re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in retail or operations.
- Proven skills in stock control, shop management, and process improvement.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel countrywide and work in diverse settings.
- High integrity, adaptability, and a proactive, customer-first attitude.
