We are seeking candidates that are interested in joining Q2 Management’s Travel Team!
As a Travel Leader, you could be exposed to many dynamic automotive environments and have the opportunity to meet and work with colleagues in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Georgia, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.
As part of the travel team, you can kickstart your career in automotive and build your network. We aim to have you complete your initial training for your role in the branch for which you’ve been hired however, it is not guaranteed. You will be surveyed for travel opportunities as they arise.
Applicants open to travel will receive the following perks when travelling:
- + $3.00 hourly travel premium on extended overnight travel
- $45.00 daily per diem
- Hotel accommodations provided
- Paid travel time and mileage
- Paid training provided
- Priority selection for future travel to various states
The incumbents must have reliable transportation and ability to travel for extended periods if needed. Leaders must commit to travel within 24 hours’ notice.

Position Summary:
This role is accountable for both customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness at their designated client site(s). Project Leaders accept Ownership of and responsibility for the overall success of every project assigned, from start to finish, and across every shift. As a central point of contact, you will develop a strong professional relationship with our customers. Safety, our first Quality Key, is our top priority in our service delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Actively train and Empower Shift Leaders to effectively oversee the daily routines of their assigned team members
- Encourage decision-making, guide team members, and validate outcomes
- Uphold the highest ethical standards, promoting a culture of Honesty, integrity and trustworthiness
- Address conflicts and performance issues promptly and professionally, encouraging Transparent communication and resolution
- Perform and assist with customer investigations and develop solutions through continuous improvement methodology
- Demonstrate Care through quality service and clear communications to new and existing customers
- Foster a safe and inclusive work environment where all employees are treated with Care
- Support the development of team members through training, mentorship and Honest feedback
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to company values, vision, and quality keys
- Coordinate and oversee multiple quality inspection projects and sites simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines, objectives, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality inspection work instructions, ensuring consistent and accurate process specifications
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports related to shift performance, ensuring accountability and Ownership
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and foster a sense of control
- Flexible schedule to support various shifts and locations
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Ability to travel within operating region
- An energetic and achievement-oriented attitude
- A dedication to customer service and an "expert-level" of knowledge about client
