Are you ready to take ownership of big partnerships and shape the future of retail at foodora? 🚀 We’re on the lookout for a Key Account Manager to join our Helsinki team and take our non-grocery verticals (pharmacy, health & beauty, consumer electronics, and more) to the next level.

This is a unique hybrid role where you’ll combine sales and account management with the opportunity to work hands-on with larger retailers on topics like pricing, assortment, and integrations. You’ll be the person who makes sure our partners succeed — and who doesn’t give up when you face a challenge.

Your Mission

  • Manage and grow partnerships with key accounts (pharmacy chains, health & beauty, electronics, consumer goods), not forgetting our key mid and long-tail partners
  • Drive both new sales and ongoing account management — from the first conversation to long-term collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with partners on commercial topics, store operations and tech integrations (no need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable having those conversations)
  • Track performance, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to maximize partner growth
  • Build strong internal relationships with internal stakeholders in our Regional organisation, Strategy & Performance, Retail Media, and Commercial Support teams

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales and account management, ideally with exposure to larger corporate clients but appetite to work with accounts ranging from sector to another and larger to smaller companies
  • A master’s degree in a commercial or technical field
  • Strong analytical mindset — you know how to use dashboards and data to push performance
  • Energetic, persistent, and solution-oriented — you see opportunities where others see obstacles, and you don’t give up when deals take months to land
  • A natural relationship builder who’s comfortable switching between commercial and technical conversations
  • Languages: Finnish and English (both required)
  • Driver’s license
