Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic social-first thinker who can conceptualize content that doesn’t just fill a feed but builds real connections. This role blends content creation, social strategy, and community management—you’ll be equally comfortable developing bold, trend-forward ideas, posting and engaging with audiences in real time, and shaping the voice of our clients’ brands online.
Your Impact
As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution—bringing campaigns to life through native-first content while also managing the pulse of community interaction. You’ll influence how brands show up across platforms, how audiences engage with them, and how social evolves from content distribution to true conversation.
What Success Looks Like
- You’re not just making content—you’re shaping brand presence. Your posts drive engagement, spark conversation, and keep audiences coming back.
- Social calendars aren’t checklists—they’re strategically aligned, timely, and consistently delivering growth in reach, engagement, and audience loyalty.
- Followers see a brand that feels alive—your quick responses, thoughtful community interactions, and on-brand tone make the audience feel seen and valued.
- You balance creative risk with brand guardrails—your content feels fresh and trend-relevant while earning stakeholder trust and regulatory sign-off.
- You thrive in brainstorms—your concepts translate into real campaigns that win client buy-in and energize internal teams.
- Internal teams rely on you as the go-to for what’s next in social—your trend awareness, creative instinct, and structured approach bring momentum to every project.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on social media content creation and/or community management experience in an agency or in-house environment
- Portfolio that shows range—video, static, and motion graphics content—across B2B, consumer, or regulated industries
- Proven ability to concept, film, edit, and publish engaging short-form video content independently
- Comfort managing community interactions: posting, moderating comments, responding to followers, and shaping a brand’s online presence
- Understanding of platform nuances and audience behaviors across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
Proficiency In Tools Such As:
- Video editing: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut
- Design: Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
- Presentation: Keynote, PowerPoint
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI or generative design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Figma, 3D/AI design)
- Strong communication skills, detail orientation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience shaping social strategy and content in industries like finance, healthcare, energy, or tech
- A strong POV on what makes content effective—plus the data to back it up
- Skills in visual design, motion graphics, or community growth strategies
