Job Summary:

This role combines solid ServiceNow Platform Administrator and ITSM skills, with experience in integrating ServiceNow with other platforms. This position will also be a backup to CMDB, SecOps and Discovery related subjects.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for platform Manageability, Performance, Security and Upgradeability.

Lead ServiceNow upgrade projects.Lead instance cloning activities.

Create and maintain the required internal ServiceNow documentation.

Manage and Commit update sets.Manage the ServiceNow Users and Groups.

Execute the platform maintenance tasks defined on internal documents.Resolve platform related Incidents.

Implement and support the required ServiceNow integrations.

Implement changes and support the ITSM solution.

Work in partnership with other ServiceNow Team members.

Be a backup person to CMDB, SecOps and Discovery related activities.

• Requirements:Minimum of 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience;
• Strong knowledge in Platform Administration, ITSM, and Integrations;
• Experience with CMDB, SecOps, and Discovery is a plus;
• Good communication and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work in an international environment.
