Summary:

As an Analyst in Data & Insights, you'll be a key contributor at the intersection of data governance and commercial effectiveness. One day you'll be scrubbing account hierarchies and tracing sales from distributor to end-customer; the next you'll be evaluating the impact of a sales campaign and shaping the story for executive leadership.

This role blends detective work with storytelling: mastering the details of customer and sales data, ensuring clean connections across systems, and surfacing insights that guide strategy and execution. You'll partner across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Operations to deliver the clarity, accuracy, and perspective that fuels our growth.

In This Role, You Will:

Data Governance & Master Data Management

  • Own and maintain the structure, quality, and governance of customer master data—including hierarchies, identifiers, and classifications across CRM/ERP and other systems
  • Ensure IDN, GPO, and pricing contract alignments are accurate and consistently applied across platforms
  • Proactively detect and resolve duplications, misalignments, and integrity issues before they impact reporting
  • Manage indirect sales tracing: collect, validate, and attribute distributor sales to end-customers, and integrate direct + indirect into unified reporting

Sales Performance Analytics & Insights

  • Develop and utilize sales measurement models and diagnostic tools to identify sales performance indicators, key areas of opportunity, and sales force training needs
  • Analyze large, complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights that drive commercial performance
  • Evaluate sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, and programs to measure ROI and recommend improvements
  • Analyze and recommend strategic priorities, sales force performance metrics, and sales effectiveness tracking methods to maintain and improve competitive advantage

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Build business cases and present insights to leadership, shaping decisions with clear, compelling narratives
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and frameworks that bring visibility to performance across teams and regions
  • Evaluate and recommend changes in sales incentive plans based on analytical findings
  • Create measurement frameworks for tracking commercial effectiveness and business impact

Cross-Functional Partnership & Training Development

  • Act as a cross-functional partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support day-to-day execution and long-term scaling
  • Help develop and/or administer new training programs to fill competency gaps identified through analysis
  • Document decision logic, data definitions, and change processes to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Mentor teammates in data literacy, tools, and best practices where applicable

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Contribute to building the processes, governance, and tools that enable a rapidly growing commercial organization
  • Stay current with industry best practices in data governance, sales analytics, and commercial effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
