Digital Marketing Manager

Your Day-To-Day:

• Taking full, hands-on ownership of marketing projects from concept to execution.
• Planning, coordinating, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across PR, PPC, and digital marketing.
• Tracking performance, analyzing results, and iterating for improvement throughout end-to-end campaign execution processes.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resources with accountability for measurable results.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (design, content, performance marketing) and maintaining seamless communication.
• Generating, testing, and scaling innovative marketing ideas tailored to diverse international markets.
• Aligning with stakeholders, providing clear updates and reporting to leadership on progress and performance.
• Keeping up to date with the latest digital marketing tools and best practices.

Your Skills & Experiences:

• 3+ years experience in digital marketing, marketing project management and execution.
• Experience working with international marketing efforts, campaigns and/or clients.
• Proven experience managing digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of marketing channels (email, social, PPC, SEO).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Result oriented, looking for new ideas and ways to achieve the results.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

Nice to have:
• Experience in B2B SaaS or tech industry.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools (i.e. HubSpot).
• Familiarity with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker).

Our Salary & Work Benefits Package:

• Gross salary: 2500 - 3500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
